Stress Management for Farmers and Ranchers

Farming and ranching are stressful. Many farmers and ranchers do not have easy access to resources that can help them manage stress and accompanying issues like depression,  anxiety, high blood pressure and more. The Montana State University Extension Service is developing resources to help.
