University Student Presentations
December 5 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Every year, the Montana Organic Association (MOA) holds a conference in which students are asked to deliver presentations on research or work they've done in regards to the organic community in Montana. I am reaching out to you all in hopes that you may know some students who would be interested in participating in this year's virtual conference.
Student presentations will be delivered in an online format, between five and 10 minutes long. In addition to longer presentations, we plan to have shorter poster presentations, which will be around two minutes. All presentations will be recorded prior to the conference and uploaded to an online, cloud-based storage system (ie. Box, Google Drive, etc.). People will be able to view presentations up to a week before the actual conference. A Q&A section for long presentations will either take place via a live streaming event, or in a rolling format in the "Comments" section of the online platform.
The conference dates are planned for December 3 - 5, 2020. General proposals should be submitted on the MOA conference page no later than November 1. Complete presentations should be uploaded to the online storage site no later than November 25. Below is the link to the MOA conference page where initial proposals can be submitted.
Please reach out if there are any questions or concerns. Thank you!
