CONFERENCE VENDORS

The Montana Organic Association is gearing up for our seventh annual Conference, November 12-14, 2009, at the Holiday Inn in Great Falls, Montana, and we’d love to extend an invitation for you to join us. We still have vendor exhibition spaces and advertising options available and we hope that you take this opportunity to share your business’s or organization’s products and services with the organic farmers, ranchers, processors, retailers, certifiers, researchers, students and consumers that participate in this much-anticipated annual event.

This year, we are celebrating “Organic: Breaking New Ground” and are featuring top-notch speakers. Add great organic food, thought-provoking discussions, lively business networking and fun entertainment and you have a recipe for exhibition success.

Eight-foot display table (with table skirting, chair and access to electrical upon request), registration and meals for 1 person ($125 value) and 1/2 page ad in conference program.........$500

Vendor:
Eight-foot display table (with table skirting, chair and access to electrical upon request), registration and meals for 1 person ($125 value) and 1/4 page ad in conference program.........$350

The deadline for inclusion in the pre-conference brochure is September 25, 2009. Deadline for inclusion in the conference program is October 26, 2009.
